About the role

Unlike traditional QA teams focused on functional validation of specific apps or features, the User Experience Quality team takes a fundamentally different approach-assessing the function and feel of end-to-end use cases that matter most in our customers' daily lives. This role requires a technical leader who can pioneer AI-driven automation frameworks that assess the holistic experience of using Apple products-capturing not just what works, but what feels right. You'll build intelligent systems that complement and extend our expert manual testers, transforming their insights into scalable, repeatable quality signals, delivering a continuous pulse of user experience quality that directly influences executive decisions on product readiness, strategic priorities, and future quality investments.
