We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to lead and expand Cleura's most strategic customer relationships across the Nordics and Europe. You will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth by positioning Cleura as a trusted alternative to hyperscale cloud providers, particularly for organizations with strict data sovereignty and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise and public sector accounts across Europe
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and procurement leaders
Drive new business within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of Cleura's cloud infrastructure and platform services
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, including RFPs and framework agreements
Position Cleura's sovereign cloud offering as a strategic solution for compliance, security, and data residency needs
Collaborate closely with solutions architects, product teams, and delivery organizations to design customer-centric solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud strategy, migration, and modernization
Provide market feedback to influence Cleura's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and contribute to strategic account planning
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management within cloud, hosting, or IT infrastructure
Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (IaaS), with experience in OpenStack or open-source-based platforms highly valued
Experience selling into regulated industries such as public sector, healthcare, finance, or telecom
Solid understanding of European data protection and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate across multiple European markets and cultures
Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish or other European languages is a strong advantage
Requirements
Experience with sovereign cloud, digital sovereignty initiatives, or European cloud ecosystems
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, containers, DevOps practices)
Technical aptitude to engage in high-level architectural and solution discussions
