Own and support pharmaceutical process equipment in a GMP manufacturing environment, including spray dryers and solid dosage systems.
Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams.
Troubleshoot mechanical, process, automation, and electrical issues using structured problem-solving methods.
Act as a subject matter expert for equipment performance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
Support capital projects from design through commissioning and qualification.
Partner with teams to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and maintainability.
Ensure equipment meets safety, regulatory, and GMP compliance standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; an engineering degree is preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills using root cause analysis and structured troubleshooting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
Ability to balance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity priorities.
