What's On Your Plate A go-getter attitude with a knack for business problem solving via performance marketing channels, strategy & initiatives with a key focus on Google Ads & Apple Search Ads Be responsible for all regional performance marketing campaigns launching and optimizing high-impact evergreen and integrated campaigns regional Search campaigns across APAC Working cross functionally & cross regionally to develop, launch and track high-impact evergreen and integrated concepts Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention Track and maintain Campaign performance and benchmarks to measure effectiveness of digital media and gather insights continuously to build best-in-class practices Measure, analyze and report performance of your channel and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisioning Using Data Analytics, provide analysis to give stakeholders a clear view on the media channel performance and ROI's Minimum 5 years experience of "hands-on" experience with SEM (Web & App) across both Google and Apple , with proven track record of successful channel innovation Experience in managing Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC) & Apple Search Ads a must Hand-on understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer etc) Knowledge of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking and the ability to resolve ad operations issues that affect campaign tracking and performance Working knowledge of other performance channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, Smartly, Google Display) is a big plus Proven track record of working at well-funded Internet companies and have experience and optimization campaigns with scale is a plus Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution and LTV Hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, with strong logical thinking skills Understanding of A/B testing, Multi Variant Testing and Incrementality is a plus Verbal & written fluency in English, additional APAC languages is a plus You are highly proactive, well-organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments
