CME Group is currently looking for a Global Account Management year-round intern.
This candidate will assist the Global Operations on day-to-day activities in support of Global Account Management (GAM).
Intern supports activities of GAM functional area to ensure that business solution objectives are met
Provide effective day-to-day administrative, planning and GAM client support
Track ISVs, service provider, and customer trends and analyze research findings
Assists in performing administrative responsibilities, such as entering information into databases, producing simple statistical reports, presentations, expenses and scheduling; Build and Leverage Ai tools to accomplish tasks
Gathers and enters quality assurance information into Salesforce and internal client service databases in accordance with established procedures to ensure quality client service.
Support managing inbound customer Service Cloud queue.
Complete special projects as assigned
Principal Accountabilities:
ServiceCloud (Salesforce) queue management (case assignments)
Customer case resolution
Customer education
Project related customer outreach
Project status tracking and report preparation
Data analysis and preparation of internal statistical reports
