About the role

As a Procurement Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous flow of materials that support manufacturing operations. This position is highly operational and collaborative, acting as a key link between suppliers, internal teams, and customer orders. Responsibilities

  • As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Managing the purchase order (PO) process and ensuring timely execution and follow-up
  • Coordinating with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve supply issues
  • Supporting order management activities , including order status, changes, pricing, and logistics coordination
  • Ensuring material availability aligned with customer demand and plant requirements
  • Monitoring and improving OTD (On-Time Delivery) and order accuracy
  • Resolving operational issues related to payments, shipments, and supply constraints
  • Maintaining accurate records in ERP systems and supporting reporting activities

Requirements

  • As a minimum you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, order management, or supply chain operations
  • Experience managing purchase orders and supplier coordination
  • Background in customer service or order processing environments
  • Advanced English (professional working proficiency)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Exposure to materials planning or inventory management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Visa availability (role may require occasional travel ~15%)
