Location: Ta' Xbiex, Malta (Hybrid work model)
Salary: €20,000 to €27,000 basic PLUS unlimited bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Your Role
You'll recruit across the Accountancy & Finance market, managing roles from transactional finance through to fully qualified accountants, within a fast-moving and candidate-led market. If you enjoy pace, delivery, and building long-term relationships, this role will give you the platform to thrive.

You'll manage a high‑volume Accountancy & Finance desk, recruiting across roles from accounts clerical through to fully qualified accountants . This is not a cold start, you'll step into an active market with consistent demand and fast turnaround times.
This is a fast‑moving market with lots of live roles, quick processes and a strong flow of junior‑level candidates, ideal for someone who thrives on momentum and delivery.
