As the Front Desk Associate you have the responsibility of welcoming customers, engaging in discussions about the facility and our product offerings, and facilitating sales transactions. This role involves registering guests both in person and over the phone, checking them in onsite, maintaining guest records, ensuring proper completion of liability forms, and handling reservations and messages. Additionally, you will be accountable for retail sales, stocking, and managing inventory.
As a key player at Woodward, you will collaborate with team members across Woodward to innovate and organize a seamless experience for all. Woodward is a place for learning and progression, with you spearheading the first interactions with guests new and old.

The Job:
Thorough knowledge of all Woodward products, programs, and prices (winter and summer)
Sell customers into correct programs and products at correct prices
Ensure the highest level of guest service to internal and external guests, with particular focus on product knowledge, guest service, and guest engagement.
Ensure guests properly fill out liability waivers
Input data into point of sales systems and create guest records accurately
Distribute wrist bands to guests
Answer telephones, check messages, and return customer calls daily
Answer any questions potential guests may have (winter and summer)
Sell and restock retail items
Maintain inventory and conduct physical inventory counts monthly
Keep front desk area clean and free of clutter
Assist with cleaning common areas
