Scope of Position The Materials Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the Materials Department. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data, assisting with inventory and materials tracking processes, and supporting daily operations through the use of SAP and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and data in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Materials Supervisor , is onsite and is based in Franklin, NH . Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the Materials team Enter, update, and maintain data within SAP accurately and timely Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on materials and inventory data Assist with purchase orders, inventory records, and materials documentation Support internal communication by coordinating information between departments Maintain organized digital and physical records Assist with reporting, audits, and process documentation as needed Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry Comply with all safety and company policies and procedures. Required Qualifications 1 + year s of administrative , clerical, or support experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Experience working with SAP (or similar ERP systems) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet management) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read, write, and understand English. Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable. Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment. Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's location in Franklin, NH. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager. Physical Requirements : Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds. Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor. Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers. Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
