Outreach Float Phlebotomist - Center for Health Services

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent License/Certification/Experience:
• A diploma from an accredited phlebotomy training institute OR 6 months phlebotomy experience.
• 6 months' experience in a high-volume phlebotomy environment (approximately 30 draws a day), or
• S uccessful completion of an academic program which included substantial, practical clinical phlebotomy experience (EX: 3+ week clinical student rotation program in a hospital setting or clinical student rotation with 100 successful venipunctures completed).
