Support end-to-end ASC 718 accounting for global equity programs from grant to settlement
Prepare expense calculations, valuations, performance assessments, and process entries for modifications and new awards
Support monthly/quarterly close activities and prepare financial statement schedules for disclosure and proxy reporting
Execute SOX controls, reconciliation procedures, and maintain system integrations between equity platforms and general ledger
Support internal/external audit requirements, testing, and ensure process documentation standards
Collaborate with HR Compensation, Treasury, Legal, and Payroll teams on compliance matters
Evaluate accounting impacts of program changes, conduct variance analysis, and support forecasting for compensation expense
Coordinate with shared services and external providers on equity administration
Identify automation opportunities and support finance transformation initiatives for scalable process development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 3+ years accounting experience with stock compensation knowledge preferred
Strong US GAAP understanding, particularly ASC 718
Experience with monthly/quarterly close processes
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
Stock-based compensation accounting experience
SOX controls and audit support experience
SAP S/4HANA and equity platform knowledge
CPA certification or in progress
Process improvement and automation experience
