Responsibilities
- Testifies at Developmental Disability Court Ordered Custody Hearings and renders judgment as to the person's diagnosis.
- Provides information to law enforcement as well as legal system officials.
- May perform psychological evaluations and conduct assessments.

- Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice psychology in the state of Nebraska. A doctoral degree in psychology is required. Licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Nebraska is preferred but may have a provisional license as a Psychologist.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Developmental Disabilities.
- Other: Must have a valid driver's license for work-related travel.
- Work Environment & Expectations: This position will be officed in either Lincoln, Omaha, or Beatrice, based on candidate preference and office availability. This position will require work-related travel.
