Commercial Property Valuer

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Valuer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will suit a Valuer looking to grow their experience in the commercial sector across a broad range of property and client types. Responsibilities

• As a Commercial Property Valuer, you will:
• Conduct commercial property valuations using best practice methodologies and preparing professional valuation reports
• Develop professional relationships with existing and key clients including major banks, Government Business Enterprises and Departments, private investors and developers
• Analyse market data and property trends to ensure accurate valuation reports
• Maintain compliance with Australian Property Institute (API) standards, legislative requirements and industry best practice
• About you
• To succeed at Elders, you will
• Be a Certified Practicing Valuer with API and / or RICS membership
• Have a proven track record to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
• Have a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines
• Have high level communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to prepare high quality professional reports
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
• Portray exceptional customer service qualities
