- Design Systems: Evolve and maintain our brand design system and guidelines, empowering internal teams to create on-brand content efficiently.
- What you'll bring (Experience)
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in brand design, with at least 3 years of creative leadership experience with B2B brands (experience with SaaS brands a plus).
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading complex creative projects, developing a creative team and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and their impact on business g
