ACCOUNTABILITIES
*All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise*
Coordinates all parts requests from Fleet Mechanics within budget parameters, in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Maintains accurate and updated inventory control par levels in conjunction with established standards. Maintains ProMedica tool inventory.
Processes all daily parts usage to the specific vehicle and cost center within the Operative IQ system. Ensures all parts are correctly charged to the proper cost center.
Reviews weekly inventory usage and reports any variances to the Support Supervisor.
Creates weekly par level replacement requisitions for approval.
Submits any daily special order or out of stock parts issues to the Support Supervisor.
Coordinates parts, warranties, and core charge processes where needed.
Participates in weekly team meeting to enhance communications.
Maintains the parts and storage areas in an organized and clean condition.
Performs duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Skills : Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs, use inventory management systems, and apply basic math skills.
Years of Experience : Minimum of one (1) year of automotive counter parts experience.
