Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Safely work with 460V, 220V, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuits
Maintain motors, belts, chains, bearings, and drives
Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PLCs
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
Troubleshoot network cabling, I/O devices, and PC-based systems
Support continuous improvement on the production floor
Communicate effectively using ICARE principles
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in facilities or industrial maintenance
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Basic PLC, controls, and computer/network experience preferred
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Physical Requirements
Standing, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$23.36 - $38.94
