Update and realign existing print and digital publications, including brochures, reports, newsletters, posters, and advertisements, to adhere to the new brand guidelines. Longer-term the designer will also work on briefs for new assets from around the globe.
Ensure all updated materials are consistent with QBE's new brand guidelines
Prepare and finalise files for print and digital distribution
Maintain and organise digital assets and project files
Assist with the development and implementation of updated templates for recurring publications eg MS Word, PowerPoint
Review final layouts for accuracy and quality
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in desktop publishing and graphic design.
Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) with skills in template creation and editing.
Understanding of prepress and print production processes.
Advanced knowledge of digital publishing formats (interactive PDFs, e-books, or web graphics).
Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory.
