About the role

Basic information: Basic up to $5,000 Monday to Thursday 9am-6.30pm Friday 9am-6pm PB (subject to company performance) 14 days of annual leave, increasing by one day each year up to 21 days Job scope: Manage crew administration matters, including payroll verification and preparation of employment-related documentation for seafarers. Maintain accurate vessel manning records and oversee crew rotation schedules to support operational requirements. Liaise with manning agencies, vessel Masters, port agents, and travel service providers to coordinate crew movements and deployments. Arrange travel bookings and ensure all necessary joining documents are prepared for embarking crew members. Process Flag State endorsements and verify that crew meet all joining and certification requirements. Conduct pre-joining briefings and post-assignment debriefings for crew members when required. Review and verify crew entitlements, including leave pay, bonuses, and allowances. Maintain up-to-date records relating to personnel, training, certifications, medical examinations, visas, and sea service. Administer crew-related expenses, Cash-to-Master (CTM) requests, and vessel account reconciliations. Provide support for additional crewing and administrative duties as assigned by management.
