POSITION OVERVIEW: Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as Crew Member in the Construction department . The Construction Crew Member supports the installation and maintenance of high-quality landscape projects under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with daily landscape construction and maintenance tasks. Install hardscapes, softscapes, and site features according to plans and direction. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and properly. Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Communicate effectively with Foreman and teammates. Support training and development by learning new skills.
