- Run rapid prototyping and testing cycles to validate product directions within 1-2 week sprints.
- Monitor adoption and engagement metrics post-launch, taking corrective action when results fall short.
- Build product documentation including user flows, specs, and wireframes that reduce team ambiguity.
Requirements
- Proven ability to conduct user interviews and translate feedback into prioritized requirements.
- Experience managing full product builds in B2B SaaS from discovery through post-launch iteration.
- Demonstrated proficiency with UX/UI principles, can critique wireframes and flows with specific feedback.
- Strong project management discipline to break down complex problems and identify blockers early.
- Problem-solving grounded in customer evidence and data rather than intuition alone.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and methodologies like Figma or UserTesting.
- Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations in B2B product workflows.
