About the role
ABOUT QUANTUMLOOPAI QuantumLoopAI is one of the UK's fastest-growing healthtech companies. Our AI-powered platform, EMMA, is used by hundreds of organisations across the UK to manage communications, automate workflows and deliver better outcomes through intelligent automation. Backed by leading investors and scaling rapidly ahead of our Series A, we are building the infrastructure that will define the next generation of AI-driven service delivery. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Product Owner who can operate confidently across the full product lifecycle - from writing a well-structured user story to sitting on a call with a client and understanding what they actually need. You will work closely with engineering, AI/ML and client-facing teams to define, prioritise and deliver product improvements across our platform. This is not a purely internal role. You will regularly interact with clients, translate real-world feedback into actionable product decisions, and take end-to-end ownership of delivery. WHAT YOU WILL DO Product Ownership and Delivery Own and manage the product backlog - writing clear, well-structured user stories with defined acceptance criteria in Gherkin format. Prioritise features, bugs and improvements across the product suite in collaboration with engineering leads and senior stakeholders. Run sprint ceremonies including refinement, planning and reviews - keeping delivery on track and teams unblocked. Translate complex operational and technical requirements into actionable tickets that engineering teams can build from. Track and manage progress across Azure DevOps, ensuring tickets are well-defined, up to date and unblocked at all times. Client-Facing and Operational Work Act as a product point of contact for clients - gathering structured feedback, identifying pain points and feeding insights directly into the roadmap. Support go-live onboarding for new clients, including configuration, setup validation and bedding-in support. Draft clear, professional client communications around releases, incidents and configuration changes. Work with the operations team to triage and resolve client-reported issues that have a product root cause. Discovery and Continuous Improvement Conduct structured analysis of user journeys, workflows and AI outputs to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the AI/ML team on prompt design, agent behaviour and conversation flow refinement. Contribute to quality assurance and compliance documentation, ensuring product changes are assessed for impact and risk. Monitor product performance metrics proactively and flag anomalies or emerging issues before they escalate. ESSENTIAL 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid product and delivery role. Strong ability to write well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria - you know the difference between a good ticket and a vague one, and you hold the bar high. Comfortable operating in Agile and Scrum environments - you can run a refinement session, manage a backlog and keep a sprint on track without being chased. Strong written and verbal communicator - equally at ease writing a client-facing email and a technical acceptance criterion. Hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive - you spot gaps, ask the right questions and follow through without prompting. Comfortable with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar project management tooling. Comfortable working remotely and aligning to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST). DESIRABLE Interest in or experience with healthtech, regulated software environments or compliance-driven product development. Experience working with AI/ML-powered products - understanding how prompt design, conversation flows or model outputs translate into product requirements. Experience in client onboarding, go-live support or customer-facing product roles. Familiarity with Gherkin syntax and BDD approaches to acceptance criteria. Experience working with distributed or remote teams across multiple time zones. LOGISTICS Education: We value skills and experience over formal qualifications. Working arrangements: Fully remote from India, aligned to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST). Start date: Flexible.
