We are seeking a seasoned, strategic Manager/Expert PMO who specializes in driving complex business transitions and flawless service delivery. Architect marketing service design: Map, blueprint, and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows. Standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs) across creative, digital, media buying, and product teams to maximize efficiency. Oversee end-to-end delivery: Champion a rigorous project and portfolio management framework. Ensure high-stakes, multi-million dollar marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with commercial goals. Establish governance & reporting: Design and implement comprehensive operational scorecards. Track, analyze, and present delivery health metrics, resource utilization, transition milestones, and campaign performance reports to the executive leadership team. Drive risk & change management: Proactively identify project dependencies, operational bottlenecks, and transition risks. Develop mitigation strategies to ensure zero disruption to business-as-usual (BAU) marketing activities during phases of change. What we're looking for (requirements) Experience: 7-9 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or management consulting, with a explicit track record of managing large-scale transitions, migrations, or agency-side delivery model implementations . Domain expertise: Deep knowledge of the marketing lifecycle-including creative production, digital media, content strategy, and marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystems. Service design & mapping Capabilities: Advanced skills in process mapping and structural workflow design using tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio. Project management rigor: Mastery of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet) and methodologies. A background running Agile, Scrum, or hybrid frameworks in a marketing context is highly preferred. Executive presence & stakeholder management: Exceptional communication skills. You must have a proven ability to influence matrixed stakeholder groups, manage resistance to change, and clearly articulate complex delivery metrics to C-suite leadership.
