Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial setting or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience leading a maintenance team
Experience using a CMMS system (required)
Experience in the agri‑food or animal nutrition industry (asset)
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (French is an asset)
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑development skills
Knowledge of Lean and 5S principles (asset)
Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Red Seal Millwright and/or 4th Class Power Engineering (asset)
Ability to respond to after‑hours emergency maintenance calls
Experience managing preventive maintenance schedules, budgets, suppliers, and contractors
