Provide strategic direction, leadership, and overall technical and management support to the sexual reproductive health programs in South Sudan.
Lead design and scale-up of high impact SRH programming including under the Impact at scale initiative focusing on harmonizing best practices, improved impact, and integrated approaches.
Ensure SRH programming aligns with Ministry of Health standard protocols, policies and guidelines, WHO standards and IRC global SRHR guidance.
Work collaboratively with other sectors including Nutrition, GBV, CP and ERD to promote integrated service delivery across facility, outreach and community platform to improve coverage and quality of SRH interventions.
Work in partnership with the Senior Health Coordinator to support aspects of the strategic direction and leadership of SRH programming guiding linkages and integration within the overall health sector.
Ensure that IRC proposed emergency SRH interventions are guided by the MISP (Minimum Initial Service Package for RH in Crises).
Support development of new SRH initiatives and scale pathways, including community-based and facility-based models.
Oversee program planning, implementation progress, and achievement of targets across SRH projects.
Coordinate grant implementation, work planning, and reporting in collaboration with program managers, finance, and grants teams.
Provide oversight for SRH commodity planning, supply management, and quality service delivery across program locations.

SCOPE OF WORK:
The SRH Coordinator will provide strategic, technical, and managerial leadership for IRC South Sudan's Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) portfolio. The role will oversee implementation and scale-up of high-impact SRH interventions including contraception, maternal and newborn health, postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) prevention and treatment, and community-based SRH delivery models. The position will lead country-level implementation of the SRHR Impact at Scale (I@S) initiative, focused on expanding access to contraception and scaling prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage (PPH). The Coordinator will support integrated delivery of SRH interventions across facility and community platforms and promote linkages with other Impact at Scale priorities including immunization, nutrition, and cash assistance to maximize population-level impact. The incumbent will ensure program quality, strategic growth, and alignment with MOH, IRC global SRHR strategy and country health priorities. The position will report to the Senior Health Coordinator and work closely with Health and SRH Project Managers, other sector leads, and the Global SRHR team to advance integrated programming and scale pathways.
