Facilitate clear commitment alignment across teams
Monitor milestone health and identify early indicators of slippage
Surface trade-offs and decisions required to protect timelines
Coordinate cross-team dependencies to prevent bottlenecks
Support structured cutovers, testing cycles, and go-live events
Risk, Dependency & Issue Management
Maintain a live RAID log with clear mitigation owners and target dates
Proactively identify cross-team and vendor dependencies
Escalate risks thoughtfully and with proposed resolution paths
Prevent last-minute surprises through disciplined follow-up
Executive and Stakeholder Communication
Provide concise, data-driven status reporting
Clearly articulate risks, trade-offs, and timeline impacts
Facilitate steering committee meetings
Build strong working relationships across business and technology teams
Agile and Delivery Discipline
Lead Agile delivery practices across one or more teams
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization
Track velocity, burn rates, and milestone readiness
Drive estimation discipline and forecasting accuracy
Operate within PMO governance and reporting standards
Required Experience
7+ years managing large, cross-functional IT or digital initiatives
Proven delivery of multi-quarter, cross-functional programs
Experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams
Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models
Hands-on experience building and managing integrated project plans
Experience managing vendor and third-party delivery partners
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and enterprise collaboration tools
