Deadline: Junior Sales Associate, Digital

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. and international sales teams in day-to-day operations and campaign execution
• Assist with client communications, including proposal follow-ups, campaign updates, and general inquiries
• Assist Sales with Salesforce management
• Build and manage sales trackers, pipelines, and reporting documents
• Conduct research to identify new business leads, target accounts, and key decision-makers
• Source and verify client contacts using internal tools and external platforms
• Coordinate internally with marketing, editorial, ad operations, and finance teams to support campaign delivery
• Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and media kits using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Support RFP responses and assist in creating tailored client pitches
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on market trends and opportunities

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in media, advertising, sales, or a related field (internships welcome)
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• As Deadline values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
• A good faith estimate of the salary range is $71,000k - $75,000 upon hire. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
