Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering and asset management, including preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and use of maintenance and reliability data to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead reliability initiatives such as RCA, FMEA, and bad actor programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - Able to clearly communicate technical concepts and priorities and work effectively with maintenance, production, and leadership teams.
  • Influence without authority - Demonstrates the ability to lead initiatives, drive change, and build consensus in a cross‑functional environment without direct reports.

This role partners closely with plant stakeholders to reduce equipment downtime, eliminate chronic failures, and support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This role reports to the Planning and Control Manager.
