- Receipt and track parts and paint kits using handheld scanning equipment
- Carry out inspection of coated parts to ensure quality, finish, and specification standards are met
- Maintain equipment, follow safe systems of work, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, paintshop, or industrial environment
- Ability to operate hand tools and carry out mechanical preparation tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality finishes
- Good organisational skills and ability to work to production targets
- Positive, reliable team player with strong work ethic
- Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of powder coating processes or industrial coating applications
- Forklift license
- Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment
- Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement practices
- Work Environment
- On‑site role based in Ballygawley within a paintshop/coating shed
- Standard working hours: Monday-Thursday: 7 :00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 7 :00am - 1:00pm
- Work may involve fast‑paced production environments and meeting output targets
