Experience in developing large scalable training programs
Experience in talent development either as a coach, mentor, trainer, or speaker
Experience as engineers, product owners, or relevant roles in product teams
Experience in a large technology organization with multiple development teams
Comfortable to delivery training materials as speakers/trainers for workshops/seminars of 50 - 200 people
Experience contributing to business impact assessments, change readiness, communications and learning strategies
Experience working in large scale technology organization
Experience working within financial services or similarly regulated environments

Tech Academy is our flagship program at NAB focusing on uplifting and maintaining a ready delivery workforce in terms of skill sets, strategic alignments, way of working, and customer obsession.
The Manager of the Tech Academy at NAB Vietnam will create and build world class skill uplifting programs for our colleagues to assure engineering excellence readiness, maintain sustainable pipeline of talented workforce, and collaborate across multiple regions to launch global strategic training initiatives.
As the manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and inspiring our colleagues to grow their customer obsession and the develop continuously to meet with our ongoing and emerging customer needs. You're taking part in shaping the future workforce of the NAB and contributing to long-term career development for NAB Colleagues.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Developing and implementing the strategy for the Tech Academy together with leadership team at NAB Vietnam and with strong alignment globally
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Tech Academy and the key decision-maker for delivery focused training for our colleagues
Collaborating with Global Tech Academy to build NAB-wide competency model for delivery teams
Leading a high performing team to delivery highly customer centric initiatives
Work collaboratively across regions and always demonstrate professional and ethical behaviours
Collaborating with workforce, talent acquisition, and engineering leaders to build benchmark and maintain high quality emerging talents program
Developing and maintaining strategic training programs and curriculum that meet with our customer current and future needs
Maintaining an outcome driven culture in our emerging talent programs and beyond
Supporting delivery of Innovation Projects addressing the organization's identified customers' pain points.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Capabilities
Strong understanding of software development life cycle, TDD, and DDD
Strong understanding of product design and human centric design
Strong understanding of delivery performance metrics such as DORA and training and talent development metrics and methodology
Strong project management capability and understanding of Agile and Scrum
Stakeholder engagement and collaboration across delivery and BAU teams
Data driven, clear written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage changes within medium to large scale projects or programs
