Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years supporting distribution, logistics, or manufacturing teams.
- Experience working with hourly and field-based employees in multi-site operations.
- 2+ years of HR supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across U.S. and Canadian locations; valid U.S. driver's license and passport required.
