About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Operations Manager to lead our Pest Elimination operations team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional service outcomes for customers. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring delivery of contracts and high-quality service outcomes
  • Partner with Sales, Technical, and Customer Care teams to optimise account performance and generate new business
  • Monitor and analyse operational and financial performance, implementing improvement plans where required
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
  • Optimise route planning, productivity, and cost control to improve operational efficiency
  • C onduct business planning, reporting, and market analysis, including competitor activity and industry trends
  • Contribute to strategic planning and drive innovation to enhance customer value and business performance
  • To be successful, you will ideally have:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, service, or operational leadership
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of organisation, planning, and problem-solving ability
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence
