Job Description
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Instruct in various physical education courses designed to teach and develop athletes to compete at intercollegiate levels.
Course assignments may be multi-campus with the possibility of day or evening classes.
Courses are delivered in person.
Develop lesson plans, syllabus, and course materials with Program Director.
Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes.
Provide excellent teaching experience, student advisement, recruitment activities and program/curriculum development.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited institution in physical education, exercise science, education with an emphasis in physical education, kinesiology, physiology of exercise, or adaptive physical education; or, bachelor's degree in physical education , exercise science, education with an emphasis in physical education, kinesiology, physiology of exercise, or adaptive physical education; or, possess a combination of education and experience that is at least the equivalent to the above.
