About the role
This is a hands ‑ on Operations Support role where you'll make a genuine difference to how our NZ Regional Managers show up for their teams. This role is based in the Auckland Support Office and requires four days per week in the office, reflecting the office management support component. What's involved Supporting five Regional Managers by managing operational and administrative tasks Proactively managing workflows, priorities and follow ‑ ups - keeping leaders across what's happening and what's coming up Helping plan, coordinate and run regional meetings, including logistics and follow ‑ ups Providing office management support in the Auckland office Coordinating calendars, travel, meetings and key milestones Preparing simple reports, presentations and updates to support leaders Supporting day ‑ to ‑ day operational processes and ad ‑ hoc projects About you You're organised, proactive and enjoy making things easier for others. You notice what needs doing, take initiative and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. You're practical, solutions ‑ focused and happy being office ‑ based, supporting leaders and the wider team.
