For our location in Bingen am Rhein (Germany), we are searching for a motivated personality to join us immediately as Central Services Professional (all genders) YOUR MISSION In this role, you will take on a diverse position at the interface of Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Support : Sales & Controlling: You review & prepare invoices and sales price calculations, and assist with reporting Procurement & Inventory Management: You coordinate suppliers, process orders, and manage master data. You assist with inventory accounting and actively participate in inventory counts Logistics & Customs: You organize incoming and outgoing goods, prepare shipping documents, and support customs-related processes Services & Customer Support: You act as a key point of contact for our customers and handle service orders, including billing Admin & General Support: You assist with data analysis , perform administrative tasks, and organize internal processes in day-to-day operations 👉 In short: You make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
