1+ years of Unmanned Aircraft (UAS) experience
1+ years of experience in Counter-UAS, Counter-small UAS, point defense, or Blue UAS
1+ years of experience supporting program management, task management, or branch operations in a defense, military, or government environment
1+ years of experience developing briefings, trackers, memoranda, or decision-support materials for senior stakeholders
Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA up to 5 days a week
Preferred:
Experience supporting Air Force or Department of Defense clients
Experience supporting leaders at the O-6, General officer, or equivalent senior civilian level
Experience supporting Counter-UAS or air defense mission sets
Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Work You'll Do
As a Project- Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will:
Leading and coordinating execution programs and supporting branch operations across priority efforts
Managing action items, schedules, tasking, and deliverables for branch leadership and staff
Developing briefings, staff packages, trackers, and other client-facing materials for senior stakeholders
Coordinating with internal and government stakeholders to monitor dependencies, resolve issues, and support timely execution
Supporting planning, prioritization, and analysis to help leadership make informed operational decisions
