Negotiates the recruitment, interviewing, hiring and assignment of candidates for placement with existing clients
Responsible for placement of providers into client's medical facility by matching candidate skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications and designations as applicable per state and federal regulations
Conduct reference verifications and arrange interviews for candidates/clients
Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates and extend offers
Maintain database regarding status of potential candidates
Contact new and existing clients to develop new and on-going business
Develops marketing strategies within targeted market
Establish and maintain communication and rapport with providers and/or clients to encourage a long-term working relationship
Meets all production goals set by management
Requirements
Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system
Professional level written and oral communications skills
Effective negotiation skills
Experience in provision of customer service
Efficiently manage large amounts of information
Education & Years of Experience:
Minimum of one-year experience in the direct sales of products or services
College level education
Experience in the sale of professional services
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment recruiting candidates
Ability to communicate and understand professional level service needs, candidate credentials and client practices
Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications
Ability to project enthusiasm and develop rapport with candidates/clients
Ability to understand and interpret daily production reports
Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently
Ability to integrate individual efforts with team objectives and processes
