Role: Bilingual Registry Agent (EN/FR) Location: Mississauga ROLE SUMMARY: Bilingual Registry Agent is responsible for processing client requests in various Registries across Canada and USA. All Search and Registration activities will be conducted within the framework of client service level agreements. The sending and receiving of all Provincial Registrations, along with Data Entry of Manual Registrations (where applicable), Weekly Billing and Invoice Generation. The completing and Uploading of EFT Files for payment. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES / OUTCOMES: Using internal/external applications, monitor queues, and process transactions within service level agreements and benchmarked processing turnaround times. Ensure queues are processed in priority sequence and that all processes and procedures are followed. Accurately process billing of client requests, adhere to client fee schedules and Government disbursements Perform daily tasks and duties adhering to processing standards while maintaining accuracy. Adhere to practices and company compliance. Answer calls promptly and respond to clients in a professional manner. Participate in continuous improvement with focus on service excellence. Provide assistance to co-workers and clients as required, escalating issues, identifying efficiencies. QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: Post-secondary education COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Strong attention to detail with an accurate typing of 40wpm Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, problem solve, research and follow instructions Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex procedures.
