REQ9398 Associate, Resorts Services (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate, Casino Services plays an important role in heart of house Business Development team. The Associate, Casino Services is responsible to contact the targeted / potential businesses or private individual player by telephone in order to promote City of Dreams Casino Marketing packages or services. Assist the hospitality / client services team on making any necessary prearrangement and requests for the players (i.e. reservations, travel arrangement) to ensure the hassle-free travel of the players. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Have full understanding of products, make strategically outbound and inbound telemarketing call (operate 24 hours); Prearrange and coordinate with respective department / team to arrange the accommodations and requests for the expected arrival players (i.e., Room reservations, travel arrangement, F&B) Scheduling and rostering of Business Development Team Handle administrative activities in a timely and complete manner; Assist in performing periodic data analysis and reporting to discover the trends and members' preference; Assist arranging event settings for premium players Works with related departments to ensure the hassle-free stay for premium players Perform any other duties or projects as assign by Assistant Manager, Casino Services KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: As agreed with the Company
