We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. - Coordinate with Head of Program regarding the creation of Proposal of Program Kegiatan Mahasiswa (PKM) - Arrange schedule of Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa submission in School of Information Systems - Coordinate the process of Intellectual Property development from IS Laboratory and ensure the on-time submission - Coordinate with Head of IS Laboratory to define project for student's enrichment program (in IS Laboratory) - Plan the Project Timeline and keep track of the enrichment program activities (in IS Laboratory) - Collaborate with Research Coordinator and other units to organize research activities for students in School of Information Systems - Design training development program for ISPM - Coordinate with related unit to ensure effective implementation of ISPM development program - Coordinate with Head of IS Laboratory to define product showcase and internal application development in School of Information Systems - Keep track of the development process of product showcase and School of Information Systems internal application - Maintain School of Information Systems internal Server and Database - Keep track and maintain all electronic assets in Information System Laboratory - Ensure effective implementation of assistance/teaching activities according to standard (if needed) Management Support Activities: - Provide Report to direct Supervisor - Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) - Perform activities related to Quality Management System - Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: - Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience: - Minimum 2 years of working experience If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
