Alliance Animal Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Transition Manager (RTM) to support the successful launch, integration, and operational development of our growing network of Specialty, Emergency, and Urgent Care hospitals.
This is not a traditional Regional Manager position. The Regional Transitions Manager serves as a dedicated startup and integration leader, partnering closely with hospital leadership teams during the critical first 60-120 days of operation. From de novo hospital openings to strategic integrations, you will help establish operational excellence, develop leaders, implement scalable systems, and create the foundation for long-term success.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building teams from the ground up, and have a passion for veterinary operations, leadership development, and growth, we would love to speak with you.
