BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance is required
CPA license is preferred
3+ years of public accounting experience
Experience with public companies, open-ended fund, the private equity industry, and/or retail fund is preferred
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and possesses a strong work ethic; effectively multi-tasks and executes a wide range of assignments; strong time management skills
Ideal candidates would have a commitment to excellence in their work product and a desire to learn and grow as a professional

Expected annual base salary range:
$105,000 - $150,000

Job Description:
Responsible for day-to-day activities related to the accounting and reporting of an open-ended private equity fund administered internally
Partner with others across the firm to strike NAV monthly
Work directly with internal and external teams on projects including, but not limited to validating corporate level activity, monthly subscription activity, promote calculations, management fee calculations, NAV allocations, liquidity forecasting, and corporate G&A
Manage day-to-day activities of offshore team
Assist with the review of the 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings
Responsible for quarterly close of BX deliverables
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects
