The Role and What You'll Do: In this role, you'll serve as a client-facing pricing partner across a portfolio of major league and collegiate live events, owning pricing strategy execution, market analysis, and operational support. You will serve as part of a broader team of analysts, operations specialists, partnership executives, and more to optimize ticket revenue across the On Location portfolio: Serve as the primary pricing partner for an assigned book of client properties across major league, collegiate, and live event verticals Implement and manage dynamic pricing and inventory strategies across assigned properties, adjusting in response to demand signals, sales pacing, and event timelines Analyze market demand, sales patterns, and secondary market activity to identify pricing opportunities and surface actionable recommendations Engage directly with client partners to consult on pricing strategy, present performance recaps, and align on inventory and revenue objectives Provide operational support across the inventory lifecycle, including inventory upload, allocation adjustments, and exception handling tied to event milestones Match workflow cadence to live event schedules and individual client partner requirements, ensuring timely execution against go-on-sale, in-season, and post-event milestones Leverage proprietary pricing software, BI dashboards/AI, and analytical tools to evaluate sell-through, pacing, and revenue performance against forecast Collaborate with the broader pricing team to consolidate insights across properties and inform program-level pricing and inventory management strategies Build and maintain pricing recaps, pacing reports, and post-event performance reviews tailored to client partner reporting cadences Monitor secondary market activity to flag pricing-related risks and surface competitive intelligence relevant to client pricing decisions Drive process improvement and adoption of pricing and analytics tooling to scale workflows and improve speed-to-insight and market execution You Have These: 4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, ticketing analytics, or a comparable analytical role Strong proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to identify, explain, and translate trends in large datasets into pricing recommendations Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present analysis and recommendations confidently to internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly across multiple events, deadlines, and client cadences Advanced proficiency in Excel and exposure to BI tools such as Omni, Tableau, Looker, or Power B.I.
