The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Technical Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Driving end-to-end program execution, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple global teams Owning execution rigor, including risk, dependency, and issue management to ensure on-time delivery Establishing operating rhythms, including program reviews, status reporting, and leadership updates Coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, product, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery Improving delivery performance, implementing program management best practices, tools, and metrics to increase predictability and throughput Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or delivery roles AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team programs across distributed teams Strong experience with execution management tools (Jira, dashboards, reporting tools) Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum practices and software delivery lifecycle Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience driving enterprise-scale programs (cloud migration, AI initiatives, platform transformation) Strong experience in RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) Experience working with global teams Experience with writing Product Requirements Document (PRD) Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs / OKRs to drive delivery improvement Certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) or equivalent experience Experience in healthcare or regulated environments Work location: Remote Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
