Demonstrated ability to manage longer sales cycles (3-6 months) and maintain a healthy, well-documented pipeline. Commercially mature, with the ability to engage SME owners at multiple levels - from initial prospecting through to credit conversations and deal closure. Responsibilities: Proactively prospect and generate new SME client leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market mapping across the Johannesburg business landscape. Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to manage the full application cycle from deal submission through to approval and drawdown, managing client expectations at each stage. Build and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and portfolio growth over time. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly funding targets, operating with full accountability for individual performance within the team's broader commercial objectives. Participate actively in sales coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing development initiatives; embrace feedback and apply learnings to continuously improve results. Represent GoTyme Bank professionally at all times, upholding the highest standards of conduct, presentation, and client engagement in the market.
