3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a System Administrator role
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Visualforce
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and automation tools
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Familiarity with tools such as VS Code, Workbench, Data Loader, and ANT
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator (required). Platform Developer and Service Cloud Consultant (preferred), Field Service Consultant (nice to have)
Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud customization
Knowledge of SQL, XML, and JavaScript for integrations and data handling
Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments
