Our leading front-office internship programme Through rotations, our NatWest Markets Amsterdam internship programme offers a unique opportunity to experience two client-facing teams through rotations: BeNeLux Corporate Coverage, Debt & Financing Solutions Sustainable Finance Advisory Our BeNeLux Corporate Coverage, Debt & Financing Solutions team is responsible for managing overall client relationships and originate new business opportunities including the analysis of client strategies for our Benelux client base, prepare client materials, and support client credit, portfolio and lending related processes. As an intern on this team, you'll conduct company and industrial data research, credit and financial analysis, sector research, peer analyses, and business origination activities. Our Sustainable Finance Advisory team support clients on sustainable finance developments, analyse and benchmark investors' ESG strategies, and help structure and execute green, social and sustainability-linked transactions. As an intern on this team, you'll work on a variety of sustainability analysis projects, contribute to reporting and prepare client materials. Across this internship program and you will rotate, working for 3 months dedicated to each team. You will also gain valuable exposure to the full suite of NatWest markets products and interact with teams from Debt Capital Markets, Loan Markets, Corporate Advisory, Trading, Rates and FX, and Transaction Services. You can expect to: Learn from Finance and Sustainability industry experts and immediately apply your learnings Enrich your learning with access to world-leading research and insights Test and learn new approaches in a safe, inclusive environment Start building an international professional network Grow your confidence, build your resilience, and elevate your presence Entry requirements To be eligible for our NatWest Markets Amsterdam internship, you'll need: To be on course to achieving a degree classification of 3.0 or 7 A study agreement with a European university or business school Demonstrated foundation in financial analysis, which can include financial statements, key credit metrics and basic valuation or modelling concepts Basic understanding of sustainable finance instruments (e.g. green, social and sustainability-linked bonds or loans) and broader ESG concepts A basic understanding of debt capital market concepts Good time management skills A customer-first approach Minimum availably of six months starting in June or July 2026 Ready to apply?
