This intern will work on new metal films development for advanced nodes. What you will be working on Based on blanket study, process characterization and relatioship to deposition conditions Training on different deposition methods (PEALD, PECVD, ALD) to understand the fundamentals of Plasma-based deposition and the interaction between HW and process (plasma power, pressure, etc.) Training on XPS, AFM, XRR, Ellipsometry, Nanoindentation fundamentals and characterization analysis Develop HW health check methodology and improve any current HW start up procedure Document the learning and apply it to process start up procedures to enhance our tool productivity & stability Present the key achievement in a large audience forum
