Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience : At least one of the following (Preference in Thoracic Oncology)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 1 year in marketing or medical affairs
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an advanced nurse practitioner or pharmacist in oncology, with at least 3 years in sales or marketing in healthcare
Sales Leadership, TLL, Account Management
Therapy Area : Experience in the oncology, rare disease. Thoracic Oncology a plus
Project Management : Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership : Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, influence without authority, and lead peers inclusively.
Communication : Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collate insights and provide strategic recommendations.
Strategic Mindset : Ability to think strategically and execute effectively on regional engagement plans.
