What the day willlook like Retaining and building existing client relationships as well as actively seeking new relationships and business development opportunities Engaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and collaboratively developing potential solutions Serving as a leader of local account teams as well as regional leader of global account teams Leading, coaching, and supporting client delivery teams Building impactful teams, encouraging a culture of development and continuous learning to nurture talent Playing an active role in strategic discussions with C-suite level client contacts Sponsoring and leading the development of both innovative and practical solutions which support clients to achieve their strategic priorities Contributing to the growth of Aon Inpoint's brand development thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences, and presentations Quickly and efficiently using networks of people, standard processes and Aon assets to generate compelling insights, analytics and strategic solutions Leading business development activities and collaborating with colleagues in the identification and creation of new opportunities Skills andexperience that will lead to success Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field 10-15 years of experience within the Insurance / Finacial Services Sector(s) Strong understanding of the insurance industry and prevailing trends (both local & global) Proven track record in large global / complex client management and relationship building Experienced in handling sophisticated stakeholder networks across multiple time zones and geographies Strong presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills Experienced at identifying growth opportunities and tailoring solutions to support Able to identify and articulate strategic and tactical improvement opportunities supported by detailed arguments and action plans Able to act with conviction and be a people-influencer with both C-suite leaders and operational teams Demonstrates personal qualities of planning, resolving problems, collaboration, and dedication to personal and team development
