Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain features across Simpro Group products, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback and helping maintain high standards for performance, security and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, defects and performance bottlenecks across our platform.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers and designers in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery.

- Share knowledge with your peers and help mentor junior engineers as they grow within the team.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of software development experience or a relevant technical qualification (Bootcamp, Degree, etc.).
- Demonstrable proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience working with modern development tools and practice. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a Cloud or SaaS environment
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
